Film bertema tentang sejarah berdirinya kota Jakarta, waktu itu Jayakarta.
Kisah seru perang jaman kerajaan Demak di darat dan di laut melawan bangsa Portugis saat itu penguasa lautan di semenanjung Malaka saat ini Malaysia.
Pada tahun 1525 bangsa Portugis mendirikan benteng di Sunda Kelapa.
